Privacy policy

Effective from [DD.MM.YYYY]. This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of visitors to the DC MASTER website (the "Site") is processed.

Data controller: [Full legal entity name], registration number [registration/tax ID], registered address: [legal address]. Contact for privacy-related requests: [privacy contact email].

1. What data we collect

Simply browsing the Site does not trigger any automatic collection of personal data. Data is only sent to us when a visitor voluntarily fills in and submits the contact form, providing:

  • name;
  • company name (optional);
  • email address;
  • phone number (optional);
  • the message/request text.

The form can only be submitted after the visitor checks the consent box.

The demo chat widget on the Site runs entirely in the visitor's browser: the name and messages typed into it are never sent to a server and are not stored by us.

2. How we use the data

  • to respond to the inquiry and get in touch using the contact details provided;
  • to send requested materials (for example, the DC MASTER presentation);
  • for internal analysis of inbound inquiries and to improve customer communication.

We do not use this data for advertising and do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on the consent given by the data subject when submitting the contact form. Where applicable, this also satisfies the consent requirement under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and, for visitors in the EEA/UK, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Sharing data with third parties

Submissions from the contact form are delivered using a third-party email delivery service [specify provider, e.g. Cloudflare Email Routing / SendGrid / Mailgun]. This service acts purely as message-delivery infrastructure and does not use the data for its own purposes.

Site hosting: [specify hosting/CDN provider]. We do not share personal data with any other third party except where required by law.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Site does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The browser's local storage (localStorage) is used only for a technical setting — the visitor's chosen color theme (light/dark). This value never leaves the visitor's device, is not personal data, and is not transmitted to us.

6. Retention period

Personal data submitted through the contact form is kept for no longer than [specify period, e.g. 12 months] from the date of the inquiry, or until consent is withdrawn, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • request information about the data we hold about you;
  • request correction, restriction, or deletion of inaccurate data;
  • withdraw your consent to processing at any time;
  • lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us at [privacy contact email].

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address, with the effective date shown at the top of the document.
